Hi, I am Michaela and I am the face behind Murray.Creates.
My dream job growing up was to be a photographer for National Geographic, because that meant I could travel to beautiful places, experience life in the purest forms, and share it with the world.
Having the desire to explore and seek out the unknown, I earned my degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Tampa. From there, I moved to Spain to teach English at a rural elementary school two hours outside Madrid. During this time I fell in love with capturing life as it happens. I discovered there was beauty to be found in the simplest of moments and it drove me to begin posting my photography.
Once I began creating, I wanted more. I wanted to create things that could help people. This led me to UX/UI design. I saw opportunities to bring accessibility to the forefront, to create with people in mind.
My goal with Murray.Creates is to create to benefit others. To share my experiences through travel and landscape photography. To build others' brands and embody their vision with effective web and graphic design. To aid others' in having their visions seen and voices heard.
Currently located on Oahu, I am constantly seeking to learn from and tell the stories of those around me.
